The private service allows you to experience Machu Picchu in a more fluid, personalized way, and in deeper connection with the place.

You can choose between the following experiences, depending on your time and preference:

Option 1: Full Day Experience

Your journey to Machu Picchu begins early in the morning.

• 5:00 am – Pickup from your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley
• Private transfer to Ollantaytambo train station (~2 hours)
• 7:45 am – Tourist train (PeruRail Expedition) to Aguas Calientes (~1h 40min)
• Upon arrival, a staff member will meet you at the station and accompany you to the bus terminal. From there:
• Bus ride to Machu Picchu (~30 minutes)
• Entry through Circuit 3B – Designed Royal Route (subject to availability, around 11:00 am)
• Once inside, you will enjoy a guided tour of approximately 2 hours, where you will explore the site, learn about its history, and have time for photos and contemplation.

After the visit:

• Return by bus to Aguas Calientes
• Free time for lunch (not included – recommendation: Indio Feliz restaurant)

In the afternoon:

• 4:22 pm – Return train to Ollantaytambo (PeruRail Expedition)
• Private transfer back to your hotel
• ~8:00 pm – Arrival at your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley

Option 2: 2 Days / 1 Night Private Experience (More Relaxed)

Day 1:

• 9:30 am – Pickup from your hotel (Cusco or Sacred Valley)
• Private transfer to Ollantaytambo train station (~2 hours)
• 11:52 am – Tourist train (PeruRail Expedition) to Aguas Calientes
• Upon arrival:
• A staff member will meet you at the station and transfer you to your hotel (Mapy Garden’s)
• Check-in and free afternoon to relax, explore the town, or visit the hot springs (entrance not included)
• Time for lunch and dinner on your own

In the evening:

• 8:00 pm – Meeting with your guide to receive a briefing and coordinate your visit to Machu Picchu
• Overnight at Mapy Garden’s Hotel

Day 2: – Visit to Machu Picchu

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Transfer with your guide to the bus station
• Bus ride to Machu Picchu (~30 minutes)
• 10:00 am – Entry to Machu Picchu (Circuit 3B – Designed Royal Route, subject to availability)
• Guided tour of approximately 3 hours, with time for photos and exploration
